Long-stays offered at the Talise Spa in Jumeirah Al Qasr

Good news for those who plan on splurging on a luxury vacation in Dubai, the Talise Spa at Jumeirah Al Qasr, Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, has finally begun offering long-stays via their new wellness program.

The different offers include three-, five-, and ten-day programs aiming to help travelers and even locals say goodbye to the stress of daily life.

The Talise Spa in Jumeirah Al Qasr promises to cater every detail of the stay to the needs of their guests.

Guests can choose whenever they want to visit, but what is assured is a complete disconnect from the rest of the world. To further improve the experience, a top-of-the-line wellness screening at the DNA clinic will analyze the current health status of the guest and design a customized short-term or long-term treatment plan.

The wellness program also includes a nutritionally balanced food plan with the aim of detoxification, as well as body treatments and even private yoga classes. The Talise Spa in Jumeirah Al Qasr made sure that every activity available to their guests is tailored to make them feel relaxed and renewed when they return to the outside world.

Guests will have access to healthy in-room service available for breakfast, lunch and dinner brought directly to their rooms. Healthy food will also be available every day at selected restaurants on the roster for guests who are out and about.

Perhaps more importantly, however, the aim of the programs is to encourage guests to change their lifestyles, starting with what they eat, regular exercise, and how to calm their minds.

According to Talise Spa Director Stephan Wagner, their goal is to support their guests "on their way to wellness by providing sophisticated programs to educate and encourage a healthier lifestyle."
